Great shot. I love the effects that can be achieved with longer exposures. I like the different light colors of the blurs. I actually really like the hexagonal blurred droplets. The light pouring out from the store gives it a nice glow and the stop lights and street lights benefit greatly from the star filter. I normally do not like when that filter is used but I like it here. I really like the high-energy of this piece. Cool effects and motion blurs show lots of energy. Like night life. This would be a good picture to promote the night life in a touristy town but its very artistic and stands well on it's own. Not the most original but you did some things differently that really makes this piece better.
