I love this piece. Really good emotions. I love the focus and small depth of field. It really works because of all the poles. The color is nice and the lights look really nice. I like the leaf and pole on the third lines. Really nice use of the rule of thirds. The texture of the leaf is really nice and I like the fact that you accentuated that with a really nice sharpness. As for lighting, this is really well done. Good exposure. A suggestion I would make (and I don't know how good it would look) would be to somehow blur the lights and keep the leaf standing still. Overall great job.

Great! Sometimes I pause in the daily craziness to take notice of all the "small things" we usually pay no attention to. This image puts me in that frame of mind - I feel the story of this leaf, its' long journey from the tree to where we find it here.
